Go-Fishing.nl strives for complete customer satisfaction. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility to withdraw from the contract and return the order in accordance with the conditions below.
Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
Returning order
After notifying us of your withdrawal from the contract, you have fourteen (14) days to return the product.
- Products must be undamaged and, if possible, returned in their original packaging.
- Please keep the proof of postage as confirmation of the return.
Returning money
Within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned product or upon presentation of proof of shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount together with the standard shipping costs of the original order.
Return costs
The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exceptions from return policy
Not all products are eligible for return. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom made products, or customized products
- Hygiene articles with opened packaging
Artificial lures, such as wobblers, spinners, soft baits, or artificial flies, may only be returned if:
- Product was not used
- Original packaging is closed
If the packaging has been opened or the product shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a deduction to the refund amount. This is to ensure the quality, safety, and resaleability of the product.
Return Procedure
- Report your will to return via e-mail: info@go-fishing.nl, providing the order number and the product you wish to return.
- You will get instructions and return adress.
- Carefully pack the product and send it back within the specified time frame.
